Samuel Maxwell
Co-Founder
Sam is a Software, DevOps, and Electronic Engineer specialising in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), IT/OT connectivity, and manufacturing digitalisation. He has delivered digital transformation projects across industries, driving improvements in efficiency, sustainability, and quality.
Passionate about practical innovation, Sam focuses on bringing adoptable, scalable technologies to manufacturing. He is affiliated with the Royal Academy of Engineering, Arkwright Scholarships, and the Sheffield Engineering Leadership Academy.
Tommi Lowe
Co-Founder
Tommi is an Automation, Robotics, and Software Engineer with a strong focus on functional safety, regulatory compliance, and OT–IT integration. He has designed and implemented automated systems and industrial technologies that enhance efficiency, productivity, and safety across diverse manufacturing environments.
With experience spanning Pharmaceutical, FMCG, SMEs and Blue-Chip organisations, Tommi brings deep expertise in software development, PLC programming, and system integration. Passionate about innovation and excellence, he continuously explores new technologies shaping the future of automation and manufacturing.
